About the Role

Assisting and liaising with stakeholders. Dealing with various queries relating to their role as Private Hire Drivers / Couriers, vehicle allocation(s), updating reports where necessary. Trouble shooting, allocation and maintenance of essential equipment.

This role reports to the Driver Liaison Manager

About You

• Be comfortable working as part of a team and your own

Main Accountabilities

• Dealing with communication(s) from drivers pertaining to issues they are experiencing

• Liaising with internal departments to resolve complaints in an effective and time sensitive manner

• Resolving queries relating to works carried out by stakeholders

• Data input and office administration

• Any other duties required by Management

Performance Standards - The jobholder will always:

• Provide the highest level of confidentiality

• Be polite, courteous and professional when communicating with clients, potential customers and staff

• Ensure at every opportunity the services of the company are being promoted and marketed in a courteous and professional manner

• Make every effort to ensure that customer / staff needs, and expectations are being met.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week

• Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM

• As well as a salary of between £27,000 - £29,000 (dependent on experience)
